Assistance with online reporting procedures for school cafeterias

For 2e For the second consecutive year, the Park is assisting local authorities with their online declaration procedures related to school cafeterias. Three information sessions are planned in Saint-Pardoux-la-Rivière, Champsac and Nexon.

Reminder of regulatory expectations

The Park works alongside communities to successfully transition to sustainable food. The managers of School restaurants must comply with several regulations (EGalim law and Climate and Resilience law) which aim to support income for producers, to improve production conditions and promote healthy and sustainable eatingIn particular, it establishes the obligation for collective restaurants to supply themselves with at least 50% of products under official quality labels, including 20% ​​from theorganic farmingThey must also put in place measures to fight against food waste and diversify protein sources.

Supporting communities in their efforts

Every year the State launches a campaign of mandatory electronic declaration for all managers of collective restaurants around the various regulatory expectations. The EGalim 2026 teledeclaration campaign is officially open for 2025 purchasing data, until the end of March. The Park offers three drop-in sessions To assist local authorities in this process, in partnership with AgroBio Périgord and the Pays de Nexon Monts de Chalus inter-municipal authority. Beyond facilitating administrative procedures, these meetings provide an opportunity to review the objectives of the EGalim law regarding institutional catering, as well as the available support and assistance.

The three 2026 office hours will be held:
