Changes in the Park's authorities
The Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park is managed by a joint union, made up of several chambers decision-making and advisory bodies. Following the union committee of October 9, 2024:
- Paulette Lacroix joined the Park union office, a restricted decision-making body which can be delegated certain responsibilities of the union committee.
- Elise Demeulenaere joined the Park's scientific council, an advisory body made up of external experts.
The scientific council is composed of qualified members in various disciplines related to the issues addressed by the Park. It carries out missions of reflection, advice and proposal to the President of the Park and the Union Committee and participates in the analysis and expertise of scientific issues related to the decisions of the Park.
