FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR ENERGY RENOVATION WORK
Reduce our ecological impact
This desire is supported by communities and their duty to set an example. However, many face technical and financial obstacles in achieving energy-efficient public infrastructure.
The Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park has signed an agreement with Hellio to technically and financially support communities in their energy renovation projects. This agreement will end on December 31, 2025, you only have a few months left to benefit from it!
The objective :
Encourage the Park’s Municipalities and Communities of Municipalities to reduce their ecological footprint.
The means :
Thanks to the Energy Saving Certificate (EEC) system, managed by the Ministry of the Environment, communities can benefit from financial bonuses for their energy renovation projects. These bonuses are proportional to the expected energy savings.
The works concerned :
- Building insulation
- Renovation of public lighting
- Boilers and pipes
- Ventilation
- Heat pump installation
- Replacement of obsolete equipment with more efficient equipment,
- Etc ...
All work eligible for CEE bonuses is listed in an official catalog.
Namely :
From an accounting point of view, the sale of CEE is not subject to public procurement rules and does not fit into public project financing plans (limited to 80%). These bonuses are perceived as an additional income to the project.
