Assistance with online declaration procedures for canteens
As part of its missions in favor of sustainable food, the Park is currently supporting communities in their electronic declaration procedures related to school restaurants. After an initial permanence in Miallet, a second is planned for March 21 in Champagnac-la-Rivière.
Reminder of regulatory expectations
The Park works alongside communities to successfully transition to sustainable food. The managers of School restaurants must comply with several regulations (EGalim law and Climate and Resilience law) which aim to support income for producers, to improve production conditions and promote healthy and sustainable eatingIn particular, it establishes the obligation for collective restaurants to supply themselves with at least 50% of products under official quality labels, including 20% from theorganic farmingThey must also put in place measures to fight against food waste and diversify protein sources.
Supporting communities in their efforts
Every year the State launches a campaign of mandatory electronic declaration for all managers of collective restaurants around the various regulatory expectations. The EGalim 2025 teledeclaration campaign is officially open for 2024 purchasing data, until the end of March. The Park offers two permanent offices to the communities to help them in this process. The first took place on February 11 in Miallet. During this lively afternoon with AgroBio Perigord, the Park reviewed the expectations of the law regarding collective catering, then helped the municipalities present to make their electronic declarations. The participants left relieved of this task and equipped to effectively prepare the 2026 campaign.
The next session will take place on March 21 in Champagnac-la-Rivière. Information and booking: 05 53 55 36 00 / c.robert@pnrpl.com
