Description
Isabelle and Antoine raise their goats at Ferme de la Pagenie, producing a wide selection of fresh and aged cheeses, yogurts, tomme, a type of feta, and a type of camembert. They practice extended lactation with their 55 goats, all under organic farming practices. The farm shop is open Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (17-19 pm). You can also find them at the Panazol market on Sunday mornings.
