Description
Since 2018, Élodie has taken over the activity of the Compagnie des Simples, a small farm of aromatic and medicinal plants located in Bussière Galant, in the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park. She cultivates and harvests plants in accordance with the "SIMPLES" specifications, which guarantees production according to the principles of agrobiology, with respect for the earth, fauna, flora and humans. Her plants are hand-picked, carefully sorted and dried at low temperature in order to preserve their color, flavor and all their virtues. She makes herbal teas, aromatic herbs and herbal syrups, as well as skin care oils and medicinal balms.
