Notre-Dame de Bon Secours Chapel

Description

Located at the corner of Place de la Victoire, the chapel houses a gilded wooden statue from the 8th century: the Virgin Mary holds her child in her arms and in her right hand a stick, probably the remains of a flowering reed. The sculpture is dear to the hearts of the Mareuillais who solemnly celebrate its festival on September XNUMX each year.
