Description
This appears to have been built in the 6th century. It was then partially redesigned. Only the eastern part, namely the apse, the domed transept, the two apsidioles and the bell tower are of Romanesque architecture. The portal is from the 1926th century. The nave is modern, probably from the XNUMXth century. We can also note outside, along the north wall, a stone of the dead, and inside, two statues, one of the virgin, in lime wood, one of a mitred abbot, perhaps Saint -Sulpice. The building was listed as a Historic Monument on February XNUMX, XNUMX.
The sculptures of the Saint-Sulpice church form a treasure of Romanesque art.
