Description
Created by François Boursier in 1970, this confectionery is a tribute to the famous actor based in our region, who played the famous character of Cyrano de Bergerac: Jean Piat. This candy is composed of a prune macerated in a liqueur then garnished with praline and coated in chocolate, all rolled in icing sugar. To treat yourself, head to the Cyrano patisserie in downtown Saint-Junien, at the bottom of rue Lucien Dumas.
