Description
Matulia's Gardens, run by Mathieu and Aurélia, is an organic farm characterized by polyculture—fruit growing, berries, and cereals—offering bread and fruit products. Protecting and developing biodiversity are central to their work. All products are harvested and processed on the farm.
Using flour made from ancient wheat, rye, and buckwheat varieties that they produce on the farm, they make bread, brioches, pretzels, and biscuits. They also process their fruit into jams, syrups, jellies, and fruit pastes.
Find their products directly at the farm on Thursdays from 16:30pm to 18:30pm at the bakery.
