Caroline and Sylvain, passionate about their work as farmers and duck breeders in Flavignac, run Les Lys d'Alizon, a farm where authenticity and local flavors take center stage. They offer delicious products from their farm, both preserved and fresh, for direct sale (foie gras, rillettes, pâtés, confit, dried duck breast, aiguillettes, and other specialties). Driven by a desire to share their expertise and build relationships, they are also preparing to open a guesthouse accessible to all and offer farm visits to showcase the bounty of their region in a friendly atmosphere.
