Departmental Site of the Grand Étang de Saint Estèphe

Description

Nestled in a beautiful forest setting, the Saint Estèphe pond is part of the Périgord network of Sensitive Natural Spaces. It is one of the most beautiful bodies of water in the department, a true haven of nature, offering magnificent views of its 23 hectares of water bordered by forests.
This departmental leisure center offers multiple activities throughout the year: supervised swimming from June 15 to August 31 with free access, fishing, hiking, playground, picnic area, loan of canoes and paddleboards in summer ...
Accessible to all, the Grand Étang de St-Estèphe site is labeled "Tourism and Disability" for the four disabilities.
It has innovative facilities for people with reduced mobility, with hiking chairs, adapted swimming areas, and much more.
