Description
The Forge Mill is located in Gorre, in the heart of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park, 30 minutes from Limoges, just outside the village. The 5-hectare wooded property nestles in a bend of the small Gorre River. The building is built slightly below a meadow overlooking the cultivated grounds. The cottage offers a large 32 m² living area with a kitchen in one corner, a table facing the large round window, and a lounge area by the wood-burning stove. The toilet and shower room are symmetrically located on either side of the staircase leading to the approximately 15 m² mezzanine, furnished with a queen-size bed. A glass door opens onto the south-facing terrace, which leads to a path at the edge of the woods. This partially sheltered space provides fresh air in the shoulder seasons or shade on sunny days.
