On the borders of Limousin, in green and wooded landscapes, is the town of Saint-Saud-Lacoussière, whose territory, rich in waterways, is notably crossed by the Dronne.

Route stages
Step 1 - on the square, near the fountain, take the direction of miallet until the church crossroads. Then turn left until you leave the village. Then turn right, go along a pond then follow the road on the left until the stop sign and take the Chemin des Chênes opposite, at the end of the path follow the road on the right then leave it by taking a path on the left and continue straight on. up to a wide track; Follow it to the right and straight ahead. Then follow the road on the left towards Grancoing, go down the valley then go up and on the plateau, take a path on the right. At the first fork, turn right and continue until Grandcoing.
Step 2 - take the road on the right to the mill, and after the bridge over the Dronne, take the path which goes up on the right, alongside a pond; At the crossroads, turn right then straight on until the road, turn right then left then right again towards Puydoyeux; In this hamlet, take the path on the left which curves down through the undergrowth. Cross the bridge then continue on the road along the river then take the D79 on the left; At Maison Neuve turn left towards Le Puy then follow the path on the right, pass between two ponds and return to the starting point.
