From Rochechouart, drive towards Chéronnac, where the source of the Charente is located! Follow its course to the Videix lake for a refreshing break. Pass through Saint-Gervais and observe the constructions made of impactite stone, rock resulting from the fusion between the meteorite (having crashed more than 200 million years ago) and local ores. In the hamlet of Pers, you will find a stork well. Back in Rochechouart, you will cross La Graine using the small Roman bridge of Roc du Bœuf. This circuit crosses part of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park.
