"In the Footsteps of Brantôme." Brantôme, a village nestled in the arms of the Dronne River, is the enchanting starting point for this cycling tour. You will follow in the footsteps of Pierre de Bourdeilles, lay abbot and Lord of Brantôme, a 16th-century man of letters, who died and is buried at the Château de Richemont, located along the route.

Stage 1 - Om Departure Place du fairground. Turn right, rue Paul Lenaud until the stop sign
100m At the stop sign, turn right, head towards the abbey, cross two bridges over the Dronne.
600m At the crossroads, continue straight.
