The Hauts de Tardoire Greenway

Built on a former railway line, the Voie Verte des Hauts de Tardoire stretches 13 km between Châlus and Oradour-sur-Vayres — a 26 km round trip. It is part of a cycle route, the V737, which links the Vélidéale and the FlowVélo. Accessible to all, it offers a safe environment, without motorized traffic, ideal for cyclists, hikers, rollerbladers, or people with reduced mobility. This bucolic walk winds through unspoiled nature, revealing the cultural and landscape treasures of the region along the way: the Château de Châlus-Chabrol, the Tardoire Valley, an old hemp dryer, a traditional washhouse… A true immersion in local history!
Located in the heart of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park, the Voie Verte is much more than just a route: it's an invitation to discover heritage, greenery, and freedom!
