In the heart of the village of Châlus, come and discover tasty bistro cuisine, made from organic and local ingredients. The chef, Cyrille Larenaudie, cooks before your (amazed) eyes. But what must be said first and foremost, and most importantly, is that he has been in the business for over 20 years. And that he was trained by chef Grégory Coutanceau in the gourmet restaurant Les Flots in La Rochelle, a guarantee of the quality of the dishes he concocts especially for you. Cyrille has chosen to set up an open kitchen in his restaurant, allowing his visitors to see with their own eyes the magic happening before them.
