Dordogne, Périgord Vert, Brantôme (the “Venice of Périgord” according to Raymond Poincaré), three names that cannot leave fine gourmets indifferent. It is for this reason and to diversify the farm's activity, handed down by our parents, that we decided in 1988 to launch into force-feeding ducks and manufacturing farm preserves. To do this, we were directly inspired by the methods of “the ancients” and while strictly respecting these (notably corn force-feeding), we always seek to offer our customers the best value for money. 2 minutes from Brantôme.
