Description
Based in Bussière-Galant, Thomas and Nadia raise around forty goats on 16 hectares of natural pasture. Each day, hand-milking allows them to produce fresh cheeses, ash-coated logs, small tomme cheeses, yogurts, and even a unique milk jam. An authentic taste of the Limousin region, available for direct sale on the farm and at local markets.
